Knackered after a breakfast seminar and client meetings, but booking in here was partly so I could do this 6km run, slowed down to a standstill by a herd of cattle along the way out and back again!

That was hard work: out early, on my feet all day training a Client and a then a run commute in windy conditions.
Very warm and humid run home from work tonight after walking there this morning.
Bloody tourists! They get in the damn way – it’s not even as though they can’t hear me coming. Grr!
Warm and windy and the conditions were similar as well…
I didn’t realise it was quite so hilly around the Stourport Manor where I’m staying! My first run in a fortnight, so I’m carrying the weight of those Full English Breakfasts and sandwich lunches, and I forgot to stop my watch until I was inside the hotel..
After a 3½ hour journey out of London, a quick change before heading out for a 6km run along the Thames, stopping for lots of gates, bridges and locks.
So two days after my half marathon and it’s back to my run-commute (and the last run for a week or so because of an operation).
Hmm. Not sure about having to run some back and forth bits at the end to make up the mileage for some reason, plus it was slower due to numpty pedestrians on the first couple of klicks.
Leisurely 5km run-commute then a sharp pain in my left knee. 🙁
