Weight has increased by ½lb since Wednesday, but then I’d just eaten dinner and been out for two other Dinners since then.

That was hard work tonight.
Just a quickie tonight as we have family coming over. Weight is exactly the same as earlier this week.
After a couple of weeks off for manflu – still not shifted that – it was back to the run commute.
Weight is down 0.7kg from the last weigh-in.
Quite warm tonight, so my choice of shirt and jacket – as it was dark and trying to rain – meant it was very warm.
Weight is up a massive 3oz from Monday 🙂
Very windy this even thanks to ex-Hurricane Ophelia. Weight is up 1.4lbs since Thursday, but then I did weigh myself after dinner…
Long day and still quite tired. Weight is up 10oz…
After working out earlier in the week, this was my first run since coming back from Fuerteventura. Dididn’t feel too bad, but lots of – ahem! – “interval traing”, shall we say 🙂
Weight is down 3.3lbs since Monday … which is nice.
Ankles and knees were in shock today after getting back into running after so long, so I cut this one short at 4.km.
Weight down from earlier in the week by 0.7kg.
Six weeks since my last run due to – oh – everything and it was tough. I decided to ease myself back in tonight. Up 1.1kg since the end of July, but then I have been on holiday eating mahoosive dinners!
